Area 17
The seventeenth group graduating from the Electronic Media Design needed an invitation card design for their grad show event. The focus of the design was the concept of the brain, specifically area 17, where creativity is triggered.
This mesmerizing invitation card was created by a collaborative team consisting of Anna Lotfipour , who came up with the brain concept; David Schmeikal, who illustrated the brain; Mayanin Corona, who used her photoshop skills; and myself, who laid out all the type.
This invitation was distributed to local design firms and implemented online in a Facebook Campaign, where it received positive comments from a wide group of individuals.
